Because we are a small resort and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy. At the time of booking, a $25 deposit is charged to your credit card which goes towards your stay and is non-refundable for all units except for the house. For all house reservations, a 50% deposit is taken. No other charges are incurred until 7 days prior to your arrival. The balance is billed 7 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. There are no cancellations within 7 days.Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.
Customers renting two or more rooms must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
